Absolutely worth the climb for sunrise! The view of Sigiriya is iconic. It's much cheaper than Sigiriya and less crowded. The scramble at the end is fun.

A great hike. Make sure to cover your shoulders and knees for the temple at the bottom. The monkeys are cute but keep your food hidden!

The view is breathtaking. It's a bit of a challenge to climb over the boulders at the very top, so wear good shoes. We went for sunset and it was magical.
